We ship to a number of European countries, offering free delivery on all orders over €80.

In order to receive the products you have chosen, please fill in the relevant delivery data correctly and completely truthfully. Please allow one working day for packing your order and take into account that delivery takes place on working days.
We ship the products from Bulgaria.

1. After an order has been received by a User at jarvantskincare.com, the automated system of the electronic store notifies the User by email of the successfully accepted order;

2. After the order has been handed over to the Courier for delivery, the User receives an email that the goods have been sent;

3. Delivery is made to the address exactly specified by the User (regardless of whether residential, business or office of the courier company);

4. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified period, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.

5. Deliveries within the EU are made with the respective courier company for each country to which the shipment is traveling.

6. Orders placed during promotional campaigns, pre-holiday and holiday periods are processed within 3 working days and delivered according to the courier company’s workload.

Shipping prices:

For every order over 80 €, delivery is free.

Deliveries in Bulgaria are carried out by the courier company “Econt” or “DPD” and the prices are as follows:

– For delivery to an office – 3 €;
– For delivery to the address specified by the User – 3.50 €.

We offer FREE ЕU shipping on all orders > €80.

Deliveries in EU countries are determined depending on the area in which the respective country is located, as follows:

PAYMENT:

1. Payment for an order requested by the User can be made through a secure electronic payment system by debit or credit card issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Cartes Bancaires and eftpos.
2. For each ordered product, the User must pay the price that is announced in the electronic store at the time of the order. The price of any commodity can change dynamically;
3 The User has the right to receive an invoice for the value of his order. For this purpose, it is necessary to indicate all the necessary data of the individual or legal entity for issuing an invoice, as well as to state in the “Remarks” field of the order that he wishes to be issued one.
An invoice can be issued no later than 5 days from the date of the order.

ORDER CANCEL AND RETURN:

The user can return products purchased from jarvantskincare.com within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
– The products must be in their original packaging;
– There should be no signs of use, broken packaging or staining;
– To include the original invoice and/or all accompanying documents with which the User received the products;
– The costs of returning the products are borne by the User.
Products can be replaced with others or refunded if the User does not wish to exchange. In the aforementioned case, jarvantskincare.com will refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery.
All sums paid by debit/credit card are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made within 14 days from the date on which the User notified of his cancellation of the order.
