Jarvant Skincare Terms of Service

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Provider and the Users (Customers) who use the jarvantskincare.com electronic store to purchase goods. By clicking on an object, image, link (other than that of the General Terms and Conditions) or button located on the jarvantskincare.com website, you are deemed to accept and agree to the General Terms and Conditions described below. These General Terms and Conditions comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as other legal acts in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.

DEFINITIONS:

“SUPPLIED” is the website jarvantskincare.com, which is owned by “Grand Millennium” Ltd, with its registered office in Bulgaria, Plovdiv, PO Box 4003, 2a “Slivnitsa” St., EIK 206810899 and serves as a virtual platform for the sale of goods . The supplier is the person with whom the User concludes a contract for the distance sale of a specific product (item) in the electronic store.
“USER” is an able-bodied person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in connection with the application and purchase of the goods offered in the electronic store.
“ELECTRONIC STORE” is the internet site jarvantskincare.com, which serves as a virtual platform for offering goods for sale and for reaching an agreement between SUPPLIER and USER for ordering and buying and selling a specific good (item).
The provider who creates and maintains the e-store offers and sells goods in the store and defines the present General Terms and Conditions under which the goods are sold. The provider has full rights to unilaterally change the content of the Internet site, as well as the methods of access to it.
“ORDER” is the request made by the User to the electronic store for the purchase of one or more specific goods (items). The order is packed and sent by courier to the address previously specified by the User in the order, after it has been approved by e-mail or phone. Email approval is done by sending an email (electronic letter) for confirmation. Phone approval takes place after a call from an e-store employee for confirmation.
“SALE AGREEMENT” is the contract for the purchase and sale of goods between the Supplier and the User concluded at a distance through this electronic store.
“COURIER” is a trader who physically delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the User and works under the requirements of the Postal Services Act.
“BROCHURE / ANNOUNCEMENT” are electronic informational messages relating to goods sold in the electronic store during a certain period of time, which may be placed on the Internet page, and may also be sent by e-mail to the User.

ON THE PRIVACY OF USER DATA:

Jarvantskincare.com processes and takes measures to protect users’ personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that jarvantskincare.com has the right to process their personal data in connection with the use of website services. In order to serve and fulfill the User’s orders, jarvantskicare.com requires the acceptance of the following data:
– name and surname;
– email;
– contact phone number;
– billing and delivery address;
– ZIP code;
– Internet Protocol (IP).
Subsequently, the User has the opportunity to correct this data from his personal profile, if he has created one. If the User places an order as a Non-Registered User, if necessary, the data on it can be corrected by calling the consultants of jarvantskincare.com.
The data that jarvantskincare.com receives when ordering, registering or viewing the pages will be used solely for the service of the User – acceptance and execution of orders, subscription to news, contact with the User in case of problems related to the order and improvement of the service on the online store.
Jarvantskincare.com guarantees that this data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above.
Users subscribed to news can unsubscribe at any time from the link located at the end of each news.
The user profile can be deleted from the jarvantskincare.com system, together with the data attached to it, if desired by the User.

TERMS OF USE OF THE ELECTRONIC STORE:

1. Browsing the jarvantskincare.com online store is completely free and accessible;
2. Registration of a user profile on jarvantskincare.com is NOT mandatory – the customer can use the site, place orders or ask questions through the provided contact form without having created a personal profile on the site;
3. By creating a registration on the jarvantskincare.com site, the profile details can be adjusted at any time from the “Personal Profile” section. If the correction is to apply only to the specific order, this can happen in the final phase of the order.
After registration, the User acquires a username and password, and jarvantskincare.com recommends keeping their confidentiality. It is advisable not to provide the password and username to third parties, and in case of suspicion of abuse, immediately report to jarvantskincare.com;
4. In the jarvantskincare.com e-shop, the price of each product, the main characteristics of the product and additional information aimed at helping to make an informed choice when purchasing the product are indicated. Also, on each featured product page there is an opportunity for jarvantskincare.com users to provide opinions and ratings regarding the product;
5. All prices indicated on the website are final with VAT included.

ORDERING GOODS:

1. In order to place an order with the online store, the User must provide the following data:
1.1. A valid email address;
1.2. Correctly filled in address for delivery of the goods and address for invoicing;
1.3. Correctly completed contact details – two names, phone.
2. Upon successfully placing an order, the User receives confirmation of the order by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by him. The e-mail confirmation indicates the ordered goods, the order number, the date and time the order was placed. Telephone confirmation is only carried out if additional information or clarification regarding the order is required;
3. In the event that the ordered goods are not available, the consultant notifies the User by e-mail or by telephone. If the User does not agree to the order being referred to another product, or the unavailable product being sent at a later stage, the order may be cancelled;
4. Orders in the jarvantskincare.com e-store are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
5. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or after 12pm are processed the next working day.
6. The working hours of jarvantskincare.com online store consultants are:
09:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday;
7. Orders received without correct buyer (User) data or missing data are cancelled;

DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS:

1. After an order has been received by a User at jarvantskincare.com, the automated system of the electronic store notifies the User by email of the successfully accepted order;
2. After the order has been handed over to the Courier for delivery, the User receives an email that the goods have been sent;
3. Delivery is made to the address exactly specified by the User (regardless of whether residential, business or office of the courier company);
4. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified period, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
5. Deliveries within the EU are made with the respective courier company for each country to which the shipment is traveling.
6. Orders placed during promotional campaigns, pre-holiday and holiday periods are processed within 3 working days and delivered according to the courier company’s workload.

Shipping prices:

For every order over 80 Euro ( 160 BGN) , delivery is free.
Deliveries in Bulgaria are carried out by the courier companies “Ekont” and “DPD” (“Speedy”) and the prices are as follows:
– For delivery to an office – BGN 6.00;
– For delivery to the address specified by the User – BGN 7.00.

Deliveries in EU countries are determined depending on the area in which the respective country is located, as follows:

PAYMENT:

1. Payment for an order requested by the User can be made through International secure electronic payment system Stripe Inc. (“Stripe”) by debit or credit card issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Cartes Bancaires and eftpos, as well as cash on delivery – for Bulgaria.
2. For each ordered product, the User must pay the price that is announced in the electronic store at the time of the order. The price of any commodity can change dynamically;
3 The User has the right to receive an invoice for the value of his order. For this purpose, it is necessary to indicate all the necessary data of the individual or legal entity for issuing an invoice, as well as to state in the “Additional information” field of the order that he wishes to be issued one.
An invoice can be issued no later than 5 days from the date of the order.

ORDER CANCEL AND RETURN:

The user can return products purchased from jarvantskincare.com within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
– The products must be in their original packaging;
– There should be no signs of use, broken packaging or staining;
– To include the original invoice and/or all accompanying documents with which the User received the products;
– The costs of returning the products are borne by the User.
Products can be replaced with others or refunded if the User does not wish to exchange. In the aforementioned case, jarvantskincare.com will refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery.
All sums paid by debit/credit card are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made within 14 days from the date on which the User notified of his cancellation of the order.

TERMS FOR COPYING INFORMATION:

1. The rights to the trademark, intellectual property and copyright and all information published on the jarvantskincare.com site are the property of “Grand Millennium” Ltd. The e-store allows other site owners and users to post links to the jarvantskincare.com online store;
2. Copying texts from jarvantskincare.com and placing them in other websites and online stores is prohibited without the written consent of “Grand Millennium” Ltd or citing the source.

RESPONSIBILITY

The Supplier of the goods is responsible for defects in the goods, for the fulfillment of the distance sales contract, as well as for the refund of paid sums;
“Grand Millennium” Ltd does not bear any responsibility towards third parties, if such a person believes that information published on the electronic store violates someone’s copyright or other intellectual property rights.

BROCHURES AND NOTICES:

1. When a User registers in the electronic store by creating a Profile on the Internet page, accepting the General Terms and Conditions, he agrees to receive brochures and/or notices from “Grand Millennium” Ltd, as well as messages regarding orders for goods and confirmations for change his data;
2. The User may opt out of receiving brochures and/or notifications by e-mail at any time by sending an email to jarvant@jarvantskincare.com with an express request not to receive brochures and/or notifications;
3. “Grand Millennium” Ltd reserves the right to choose to whom to send brochures and/or notifications, as well as to remove from its database a User who has given his consent to receive brochures and/or notifications;
4. “Grand Millennium” Ltd includes in the brochures and/or notices only advertising information relating to goods sold in the store.

FEEDBACK:
1. Each User can make a feedback connection with the Provider to ask questions, make suggestions and receive information;

2. “Grand Millennium” Ltd is the administrator of the Internet site and, accordingly, of the field for opinions and discussions, and in the performance of this function can remove any obscene and offensive qualifications that violate morals and good tone.

DISPUTES. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
The supervisory authority for the protection of consumer rights in Bulgaria is the Commission for Consumer Protection with address: 1000 Sofia, “Slaveikov” square #4A, floors 3, 4 and 6; phone: (02) 980 25 24; fax: (02) 988 42 18; hotline: 0879881572 ; website: www.kzp.bg.
In case of disputes regarding obligations arising from online sales contracts, where no agreement has been reached, the User may refer the dispute to the bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes (ARC) under the conditions and in accordance with Article 181a et seq. of the Civil Code.
Additional information on the alternative resolution of consumer disputes is provided on the website of the Commission for Consumer Protection at https://kzp.bg and on the online dispute resolution platform ORS.

These General Terms and Conditions have been accepted by the manager of “Grand Millennium” Ltd and the last change in them is as of 01.07.2023.
