The current general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Provider and the Users (Customers) who use the e-shop jarvantskincare.com to purchase goods. By clicking on an object, image, link (other than that of Terms and Conditions ) or button located on the website jarvantskincare.com, you are deemed to accept and agree to the terms described below General terms and conditions . These General terms and conditions are in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as other regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.

DEFINITIONS:

" PROVIDED " is the website j arvantskincare.com , which is owned by "Grand Millennium" EOOD, with headquarters in Bulgaria, Plovdiv, p.k. 4003, 2a Slivnitsa Street, UIC 206810899 and serves as a virtual platform for the sale of goods. The Supplier is the person with whom the User concludes a contract for the distance sale of a specific good (item) in the e-shop.
" USER " is a legally capable person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in connection with the application and purchase of the goods offered in the e-store.
" ELECTRIC STORE " is the website jarvantskincare.com , which serves as a virtual platform for offering goods for sale and for reaching an agreement between SUPPLIER and CONSUMER for ordering and buying and selling a specific good (item).
The provider who creates and maintains the e-store, offers and sells the goods in the store and determines the current General terms and conditions under which the goods are sold. The Supplier has full rights to unilaterally change the content of the Internet site, as well as the methods of access to it.
" ORDER " is the request made by the User to the e-shop for the purchase of one or more specific goods (items). The order is packaged and sent by courier to the address previously specified by the User in the order, after it has been approved by email or telephone. Approval by email is made by sending an email (electronic letter) for confirmation. Approval by telephone is made after a call from an employee of the e-shop for confirmation.
" PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT " is the contract for the purchase and sale of goods between the Supplier and the User, concluded remotely through this e-shop.
" COURIER " is a merchant who physically delivers the purchased goods to an address specified by the User and operates in accordance with the requirements of the Postal Services Act.
" BROCHURE/ADVERTISEMENT " are electronic information messages relating to the goods sold in the e-store during a certain period of time, which can be placed on the website, as well as sent by e-mail to the User.

REGARDING THE PRIVACY OF USER DATA:

Jarvantskincare.com processes and takes measures to protect users' personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that jarvantskincare.com has the right to process their personal data in connection with the use of the website services. In order to serve and fulfill the User's orders, jarvantskicare.com requires the acceptance of the following data:
– name and surname;
– email;
– Contact phone number;
– billing and delivery address;
– Postal code;
– Internet Protocol (IP).
Subsequently, the User has the opportunity to correct this data from his personal profile, if one has been created. If the User places an order as an Unregistered User, if necessary, the data in it can be corrected by calling the consultants of jarvantskincare.com .
The data that jarvantskincare.com received when ordering, registering or browsing the pages, will be used solely to serve the User - accepting and fulfilling orders, subscribing to news, contacting the User in case of problems related to the order and improving the service in the online store.
Jarvantskincare.com guarantees that this data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above.
Users subscribed to news can unsubscribe at any time from the link located at the end of each news item.
The user profile can be deleted from the jarvantskincare.com system, along with the data attached to it, if the User so wishes.

TERMS OF USE OF THE ELECTRONIC STORE:

1. Browsing the online store jarvantskincare.com is completely free and accessible;
2. Registering a user profile on jarvantskincare.com NOT mandatory – the client can use the site, place orders or ask questions through the provided contact form without having created a personal profile on the site;
3. By creating a registration on the site jarvantskincare.com Profile details can be adjusted at any time from the "Personal Profile" section. If the adjustment applies only to the specific order, this can happen at the final stage of the order.
After registration, the User receives a username and password, and jarvantskincare.com recommends keeping them confidential. It is recommended not to provide the password and username to third parties, and if you suspect abuse, immediately report it to jarvantskincare.com ;
4. The jarvantskincare.com online store lists the price of each product, the main characteristics of the product and additional information aimed at helping to make an informed choice when purchasing the product. Also, on each presented product page there is an opportunity for jarvantskincare.com users to provide opinions and ratings about the product;
5. All prices listed on the site are final and include VAT.

ORDERING GOODS:

1. To place an order in the online store, the User must provide the following data:
1.1. Valid email address;
1.2. Correctly filled in delivery address and billing address;
1.3. Correctly filled in contact details – two names, telephone number.
2. Upon successful order placement, the User receives an order confirmation via email to the email address provided by the User. The email confirmation shall indicate the ordered goods, the order number, the date and time of placing the order. Confirmation by phone shall be made only if additional information or clarification regarding the order is required;
3. In case the ordered goods are not available, the consultant will notify the User by email or by phone. If the User does not agree to the order being redirected to another product or the unavailable product being sent at a later stage, the order may be canceled;
4. Orders in the e-store jarvantskincare.com are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
5. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or after 12 noon are processed the next business day.
6. Working hours of the consultants of the online store jarvantskincare.com is:
09:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday;
7. Orders received without correct buyer (User) data or missing data are canceled;

DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS:

1. After receiving an order from a User in jarvantskincare.com , the automated system of the e-store notifies the User by email of the successfully accepted order;
2. After the order is handed over to the Courier for delivery, the User receives an email that the goods have been shipped;
3. Delivery is made to the address specified by the User (regardless of whether it is residential, business or the office of the courier company);
4. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified period, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
5. Deliveries within the EU are made with the relevant courier company for each country to which the shipment is traveling.
6. Orders placed during promotional campaigns, pre-holidays and holidays are processed within 3 business days and delivered according to the courier company's workload.

Shipping prices:

For every order over 160 BGN, delivery is free.
Deliveries in Bulgaria are carried out by the courier company "Econt" and the prices are as follows:
– For delivery to an Econt office – 6.00 BGN;
– For delivery to an address specified by the User – 7.00 BGN.
Deliveries to EU countries are determined depending on the region in which the respective country is located, as follows:

PAYMENT:

1. Payment for an order placed by the User can be made through a secure electronic payment system with a debit or credit card issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Cartes Bancaires and eftpos.
2. For each ordered product, the User pays the price that is announced in the e-shop at the time of the order. The price of each product may change dynamically;
3 The user has the right to receive an invoice for the value of his order. For this purpose, it is necessary to indicate all the necessary data of the natural or legal person for issuing an invoice, as well as to indicate in the "Notes" field of the order that he wishes to be issued one.
An invoice can be issued no later than 5 days from the date of the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN:

The consumer may return products purchased from jarvantskincare.com within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
– Products must be in their original packaging;
– There should be no signs of use, broken packaging or stains;
– Include the original invoice and/or all accompanying documents with which the User received the products;
– The costs of returning the products are at the expense of the User.
Products may be exchanged or refunded if the consumer does not wish to exchange them. In the aforementioned case, jarvantskincare.com will refund the value of the products, excluding shipping costs.
All amounts paid by debit/credit card are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made, within 14 days from the date on which the User notified his/her cancellation of the order.

CONDITIONS FOR COPYING INFORMATION:

1. The rights to the trademark, intellectual property and copyrights and all information published on the website jarvantskincare.com are the property of "Grand Millennium" Ltd. The online store allows other owners and users of the site to publish links to the online store jarvantskincare.com ;
2. Copying texts from jarvantskincare.com and placing them on other websites and online stores is prohibited without the written consent of "Grand Millennium" EOOD or reference to the source.

RESPONSIBILITY

The supplier of the goods is liable for defects in the goods, for the performance of the distance sales contract, as well as for the reimbursement of amounts paid;
"Grand Millennium" Ltd. bears no liability to third parties if they believe that information published in the e-store violates someone's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

BROCHURE AND NOTES:

1. When the User registers in the e-store by creating a Profile on the Website, accepting the General Terms and Conditions, he agrees to receive brochures and/or messages from "Grand Millennium" EOOD, as well as messages regarding orders for goods and confirmations of changes to his data;
2. The User may opt out of receiving brochures and/or notifications by email at any time by sending an email to jarvant@jarvantskincare.com with an explicit request not to receive brochures and/or notifications;
3. "Grand Millennium" EOOD reserves the right to choose to whom to send brochures and/or notifications, as well as to remove from its database a User who has consented to receive brochures and/or notifications;
4. "Grand Millennium" EOOD includes in the brochures and/or announcements only advertising information relating to the goods sold in the store.

1. Each User may provide feedback to the Provider to ask questions, make suggestions and receive information;

2. "Grand Millennium" Ltd. is the administrator of the website and, accordingly, of the field for opinions and discussions, and in the performance of this function may remove any obscene and offensive qualifications that violate morality and good taste.

DISPUTES. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

In disputes regarding obligations arising from online purchase and sale contracts, when no agreement has been reached, the User may refer the dispute to the bodies for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) under the terms and conditions of Art. 181a et seq. of the Civil Code.
